Papa John's Pizza

I want to commend Papa John's for their outstanding customer service. I am a frequent customer of this location. Yesterday there was a mixup on one of my orders and papa Johns offered to replace the pizza free of charge and have it delivered to my house free of charge as well, even though the initial the order was for pick up. I didn't even ask for this, thinking maybe they would give me a few dollars credit to my next order. There was no argument or disbelief on their part and I truly commend the management team making the order right and retaining me as a long term customer. Bravo! Now on to the quality of the food. Papa John's is by far my favourite pizza joint. The ingredients are always very fresh, the consistency is always very high and I am always left feeling very satisfied. Plus they had good deals on their app and can earn Papa Bucks! I love that the app allows for such customisation to your pizza order. Plus I love the garlic dipping sauce! First time I tried their wings and oh my goodness I am gonna say they're excellent! They are not breaded, the garlic parmeson flavouring is great, and the size of the wings is larger than most of their competitors! I will definitely order these again. The jalapeno cream cheese rolls are tasty and definitely have a jalapeno spicy kick. In case you are wondering 1 order is 8 pieces. The chocolate chip cookie and brownie are also awesome. Kudos to everyone at this location, you truly deserve it!

If you are gluten intolerant, beware!! We ordered two different gluten free pizzas, as we have done many times. I was on my second slice and realized it was different. I checked the box and it said "original" and the other box said "g-free crust". I was so sick for days after eating this. My husband called and asked to speak to a manager I expect my money to be refunded and an apology at the least but the manager never called back. Poor service!

Hubby and I had a midnight craving for pizza. Everything else was closed and the only thing open was Papa John's. We have never ordered anything from this place before so we were quite surprised at the quality. Uber Eats delivered and it arrived on time and still hot. The pepperoni pizza with parmesan crust was quite good! The bread sticks was also good but quite oily so will probably never order it again. Now, we understand why some people rave about Papa John's pizza. Definitely, will try again.

There was a 1" piece of metal wire in my pizza. The doctor said it could have killed me if I had swallowed it instead of it getting stuck in my mouth. I like the pizza here but it is not worth dying for.

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. The pizza I received had a very generous amount of toppings, and I could tell that they are using quality ingredients. This was my first time ordering from here and if it's consistently this good it would definitely be my go to pizza place.

Well, used to be our 'go to' pizza. Couldn't believe $40 for a medium 'the works' & 8 wings. Are you kidding me? And the pizza was thinner. Oh well, you lost us that's for sure. Bye

We are to the area and tried on recommendation. Not bad and we will order again. We are happy it’s better and closer than the Domino’s!

Was just ok. Pizza was extra crusty and light on toppings. Good thing we paid for the extra cheese.

Ordered 2 pizzas and both had a huge amount of oil. Nothing other than oil tasty and it took literally one hour and a half to be delivered. Last time ordering pizza from Papa Jonhs.
