The staff here are very pleasant and engaging. The food is served fast and as has always been my experience with Panera, everything tasted absolutely delicious. As noted by many other reviews, the food is a bit on the pricey side. But once you taste it you get the feeling you're getting your money's worth. That being said I'm giving 3 out of 5 stars because they could have done a little bit better with the cleanliness. While I wouldn't describe the place as "filthy," it was far below the level of the standard I've become used to at this chain. Bathrooms and dining area needed a once over.

Use Panera often, numerous locations but only at this location do we have same problem. Salads are never as ordered, dressing not what we selected, the things we added or deleted from the salad are never on it or off it. order the large/full salad w/ extra chicken and most times they give us 2 tiny side salads that do not amount to the size of the large and rarely get the extra chicken we pay for. $13 for a full salad w/ extra chicken and we get 2 tiny salads that wouldn't be filling for a child! When we say something to employees they say that's extra chicken and those 2 equal 1 large! Only at this location do we have this problem

Please, under no circumstances buy their breakfast sandwiches unless you want to switch clothes before you head into work or you can wash your hand while driving. Sometime in late October / early November they switched their breakfast sandwich recipe and decided to make the eggs over easy. (runny yoke, with cooked whites). One morning on my way to work, I ordered a steak and egg sandwich. Expecting the yoke to be thoroughly cooked as it has been for the past year or so, I bit into the sandwich and the yoke exploded onto my clothes and all over my hands. Imagine a geyser shooting steam. That's how my yoke shot out of my sandwich and onto my clothes and hands. Thank God I decided to sit down and eat my sandwich that day, and not drive and eat like I usually do. On my commute to work, I would stop by here quite often for a breakfast sandwich. Now it seems I need to visit the Taco Bell more often down the road until Panera learns to cook their eggs for the breakfast sandwiches correctly again. What a shame.

We Love Panera. Quick. Good food. Good value. Best choice out of the Rt 250 chains.
