Took 30 min to get 2 drinks, associates would pick and choose what drinks to make.

I love Starbucks. However, the people behind the counter were rude and berated me after waiting 10 minutes that they didn't have the bagel I ordered. Then they were upset I couldn't hear them over the loud music and people talking and laughing behind the counter. I waited 25 minutes total for a bagel and cream cheese along with a Java chip frap. I had a great experience yesterday and will go to the store in the hotel next time
