Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

It depends on who is cooking and what time of day. Lunch is much better than night in my experience. The only other issue I have with them is that they seat you on top of other tables. When I go out I want to be able to hear the people I am with not have to yell. Thank you hostesses for having no idea how to seat a large restaurant. This really is a 1 🌟 restaurant do to the seating but the last time I went the food was good.

We ordered the endless pasta and a soup, salad, bread sticks dinner. It took FOREVER for the first serving. Then when we ordered a second bowl it took at least 20 minutes for it to be delivered. So much for "endless" and "unlimited"...our kids were done waiting for us to get our food. The bread sticks were over baked and crunchy as well. Overall, a bad experience and if I am in Sandusky again, I will not be visiting this restaurant.

Good food and great atmosphere. Employees were ready for our every request. Food was hot and fresh. Manager came by to make sure all was good. Didn't wait long at the door and they had no problem accommodating 12 of us with no reservation on a Sunday afternoon. The bathrooms were freezing. Overall a good experience.

A Fantastically Impressed Patron Olive Garden is well...Olive Garden, we all know if (love it or hate it) but it is familiar to a traveler like myself. The standard model is there but no matter where you go the staff can either make it or break it. And in this Sandusky Olive Garden they MADE IT. The restaurant closed at 2200 (10PM) for you 'normal" folk. Not knowing this until I arrived I showed up just prior to 2100. Having worked in food I know it's not the greatest feeling getting last minute customer but the staff from the host to the waitress took it in stride. They were friendly and professional. They did take a bit longer to take my order but once they did my food came out quickly (roughly as expected) and my waitress was attentive. The food was good, though following a model, it was present and tastes as it should. I was not disappoint with with the quality or quantity of my servings. A very pleasant dining experience at the Sandusky Ohio Restaurant tonight. The food was absolutely delicious. But the best part was our server Nadia. What a Gem that this restaurant has in Nadia. She was quick attentive and so pleasant. We will be back because we were treated so well. It's a bonus that the food is so good.
