This Panera location has gone downhill. I have food delivered from here to my work frequently and tonight was not a good experience. My food came turkey on bread (nothing else on the sandwich), no side french baguette which is included in your meal, and no utensils. It's not that hard to make sure a customer's order is right. Either get some new management or new employees to make sure customers are receiving what they paid for, not bare minimum. Really rethinking frequenting here.

The new breakfast sandwiches are yummy. They are served with an over easy egg. Once that yolk breaks and oozes over the bread and breakfast meat, it gives the sandwich a flavor unlike any breakfast sandwich thou can get at any other breakfast restaurant.

The WORST Panera I've been to. I travel a lot and enjoy eating at Panera. Unfortunately, this one was terrible. About half the tables were left with dirty dishes waiting to be cleared. It looked extremely dumpy and dirty. Also, several items were out on the menu, and the cashier was hardly paying attention to the customers. Service was slower than usual, 15 minutes just for soup. Full garbage cans were also sitting out. See photos.

For veterans day Panera brwad announced a free breakfast sandwich. I went in, and they said it was just for corporate. If a company announces something free for veterans you need to honor it. I felt disgusted by their lack of commitment to the word of their company, and lack of concern for those who served to give them a platform to profit.

The food is really good every time I order from you guys and the manager was so nice. They forgot my bread bowl and I called and told them they brought it very fast and even gave me and my son 2 free cookies thanks for the good service! Will definitely order again and recommend😀
