Dunkin' Donuts

Stopped in a few minutes before they closed. There were two employees there and they were very nice! Answered all our questions and weren't angry that we were there minutes before they closed (which is the typical reaction we get if we're last minute customers). We will definitely stop in next time we're in Kalamazoo! Great food. Great price. Amazing service! 5/5 would definitely recommend

Every time I get coffe drinks here the cup is ALWAYS half empty. Am I missing something? I pay $6 for a half empty 16oz cup. Don't waste your time or money here.

My boyfriend and i were ordering food & the lady wasn’t listening to us very well, she kept give us the price of our food While we were still trying to order our food. Then when we got at the window she asked if we wanted the reciept and she didn’t hear my boyfriend and she was like was that a no in a super rude voice! Promise i wont Go to that one again...

I only come in for donuts, so that is as far as my review can go. They are always fresh - soft, not the weird crusty, dry, yeasty things that old donuts do. Unfortunately they are always out of at least one donut, with a pretty full stock on the rest, possibly due to the cycle in the kitchen, but I've personally only been inconvenienced by this once. I would highly recommend.

I normally love this place but lately the service has really gone by the wayside on weekday mornings. Got my normal cup of coffee today and it was obviously filled less than 2/3 of the way when the pot ran out, so instead of filling it with more coffee or politely asking me to wait until more was brewed, I received a partial luke warm coffee filled the rest of the way up with whip cream. Pretty bummed to watch a place I go almost daily have bad service...
