I love Panera as in somewhat healthier or at least better food than the surrounding restaurants. The unlimited sip ad onto my membership has saved my rear end more than once. The only problem is if you go on the date of the bagels are on sale you'll never see a bagel. People fight over these.Food: 5/5

I often order here because they have healthy food for lunches. I use the mobile app to save time but on almost every single order, something is forgotten. It's to the point where I have to check my bag every single time like I'm in a McDonald's drive through. If the service got better I'd give them more stars.Food: 4/5
Food was good but very pricey for fast food… and they have the audacity to ask for a tip for no table service. That seems very wrong. Menu was very confusing and the layout with walls lower than tables created a loud and cafeteria type of atmosphere. I won’t be back, but suggest you try it for yourself.
A very pleasurable experience, my cashier, Ann Wall, was very bubbly and positive. Enthusiastic and forgiving of my confusion on certain items! She ensured I was receiving my correct order and she remained calm and energetic even though there was a lot of customers. Then the staff ensured that I received everything to go as needed. I am ranking 4 stars because there was a miscommunication with it needing to be to go. However It was fast, efficient, and fun. I’m sure we will be back. God Bless!
Horrible service. Front cashier wasn't manned & no one was even looking at helping. Ordered just a toasted bagel with cream cheese & a cold brew. Waited over 10 minutes with no results. Watched staff taking their time walking around, getting themselves drinks. Went back to cashier and asked for bagel to go, skip toasting it and the gal in back claimed she was working on it, darn near threw it on the counter, still no cold brew. Another few minutes finally got that. When I opened the bag, the bagel literally was thrown in there not wrapped with a container of the cream cheese, no knife. Step it up folks, it wasn't even busy. Now I know why.
I ordered a family feast meal with soup, salad, and 4 sandwiches for delivery. They did not include any silverware or napkins, my sandwiches were thrown together very sloppy, and my Caesar salad did not contain croutons.
Ordered two breakfast sandwiches. One sandwich sat on counter for 5 min until second sandwich was done and then they called our name 1st sandwich was cold and made incorrect. Had to wait for new sandwich. No sorry just irritation that they had to make new sandwich.
Staff is very professional. I enjoyed this location. It was very comfortable. Very clean. *****star My food was perfect. The bread is unbelievable.
The food is wonderful and the service was good. Though it does feel crowded during lunch time it was still a good place to eat.
