Panda Tea

Ordered through door dash and they forgot to make one of my drinks. They only packaged 4 when the receipt clearly said 5. Called the store to see if they could work something out but they just told me to contact door dash. Should not be door dashes fault as their job is just to pick up and drop off orders. Smoothies were very icy, and this also isn't the first time i've ordered delivery and they sent the wrong order. Last time the receipt on the bag was correct but the drinks in the bag were completely different than what I ordered.

Our order number is 2029. We ordered strawberry slush, matcha slush and coconut slush. All the drinks 3 we got don't taste good.... We called and they said there was no manager that's working.

They were out if the pineapple bubble tea that I wanted. But other than that it was good, and the staff was cheerful.

This place is good but I noticed when you don't tip them, they don't put much effort making your bubba tea. I ordered a mango Slush and it was so bad and disappointing all because I chose not to tip even the girl gave me a dirty look after. GROW UP!

Fast service and friendly staff. Happy with all of our drinks! Their pearl was chewy...just the way I like them! Nice, clean place and new!

Place located within the north gate shopping centre. Ample of parking space within the centre. Was not able to see service at the time. It was when we ordered online and picked up. But can say that it was punctually served on time. Nice to have a little competition of bubble tea in the area.

Some how I got to my vehicle and my cup was broke and leaking on me and in my vehicle. Worker only tried to put into another cup than I sail "no replace cup"Food: 2/5

Ordered delivery via Doordash. I ordered the QQ Ovaltine Slush with Pudding and the Mango Fresh Yakult with Bubbles. Pudding had a nice buttery taste and as with all Panda Tea slushes, the Ovaltine was pretty good. Now I do not know if it is meant to be like this, but Mango Fresh Yakult was not filled up.

I felt the service was quick enough despite there being only one gal working. My mango slush with little sugar was delicious. The prices seem reasonable. I did find it hard to understand the gal that was working there. But she was very pleasant.

Drinks were good, but the cup itself broke on me. Thankfully they replaced my drink with no hassle. Though it’s very hard to order if you don’t know what you want, my friend ran into this problem. The staff had no clue how or what to recommend.
