Go Bubble Tea

Flavour was great, but why there are so many flowers in my jasmine milk tea? It wasn't even few petals, but full flowers with green stems attached to it. I made complain about it, but the lady who answered the phone said there should be flowers in the drink. I highly doubt it tbh. It was so hard to spit flowers and stems out everytime I take a sip. I had to strain flowers and bubbles at the end.

Had a full of peach, but obviously it is not full of peach but full of water and air bubbles, also there are some black stuff in my tea, the full of peach I had before was really good not like this time at all. I’ve also had a bitter cheese avocado before which was supposed to be sweet, apparently the staff didn’t put enough sugar in it, but that was tolerable. I’m not a very picky customer and I’ve already spent over 200 dollars in this place because I really liked the drinks here. But this time I fell so disappointed, so I decide write this review to replace my previous 5 stars review.

Ordered two drinks with 80% ice, and it has no ice at all, and the drink is not even cold. I called the store and they told me the ice was melted, if the ice was melted the drink would have been cold but is not cold at all, and today’s weather is not even that hot warm a drink up to that level... I talked to someone at the store and that person said you can leave your phone number and next time we add more ice for you that’s the most ridiculous solution I have ever heard. Poor customer service!

Favourite place to go for brown sugar milk tea dirty milk tea. I didnt like tapioca pearl for the longest time until I had the dirty milk tea here. The bubbles in the drink is super soft, chewy, and sweet. But the sweetness of the bubbles balances well with the milk and no extra sugar is added aside from the brown sugar pearls. Unlike other places that wont let you have no ice, this drink doesnt come with ice since the milk is already cold. The blueberry cheese foam drink is also delicious and not too thick like a smoothie.

Initially refused to take my $20 bill because they didn’t have any cash, and then when they get cash the lady insisted I pay more for my item because it was easier to make change. I took my money and left and will continue to visit any of the other much better bubble tea shops in the area.

It took 25mins of wait for 4 drinks, and there were no customers in front of us. I noticed the workers were very talkative and unable to work while having conversations. When a new customer walks in, they'll stop midway on orders already in process. This results in long wait time and watery slush for paid customers. Customer service training can easily fix this issue.

I order a roasted milk tea with no ice every time, and it is the best milk tea in the city by far. Other places just don't even come close with the richness. I would recommend no ice because even if you go less ice, it dilutes the milk tea too much. Haven't really tried the fruity options. Prices are slightly higher than average but I guess they know what they have.

Best boba shop in the city. I'd even say that it's easily better than most BBT shops on the west coast. Their Okinawa Milk Tea and "Full Of" fruit teas with pearls, especially mango, are must-trys. The prices are slightly higher than most BBT places, but they use quality ingredients and both the tea and pearls are consistently amazing in flavour and texture.

Although you are entering the North Garden restaurant, a quick side step to your left will take you to the ordering desk for Go Bubble Tea. Immediately you will caught up in some of the extraordinary offerings, especially all the cream cheese flavored options. I was never a huge fan of Bubble Tea until coming to this place. We had the Peach, and the Blueberry Cheese topper and both were awesome. Quick service, moderate pricing, very helpful and will absolutely return.

Went here for bubble tea tonight! The bubble tea from here is pretty good. They don't have as many options as other bubble tea shops though. Prices are pretty expensive. The one thing that was most concerning tonight was 1 of the workers behind the counter who was making the bubble teas was not wearing a mask when it is mandated by the government. We mentioned it to him and he didn't put a mask on. This place is not following the rules and regulations mandated during a pandemic. Will not be returning because of this!
