Hands down the most synthetically delicious Chinese food we’ve ever had for my father’s birthday. After some research and a cancelled reservation, we came across Everyday Authentic Chinese and we’re glad we found this place. It wasn’t very busy and we were seated right away by a friendly staff. Service was great and the food was super-tasty. We ordered barbecue roasted duck, fried tofu, Combination Fried Rice, Kung Pao Beef, Chinese broccoli and Wonton soup. Every dish we had was exceptionally fresh and flavorful. We will be back again!
Food was flavored well, however, for the price and amount it is not worth it. Spring rolls were good, the tofu mushroom was ok though the tofu was too soft. Atmosphere is just ok. Friendly staff. Way too many options on the menu. Might be good for many but this wasn’t it for me. Clean restrooms.
We were seated right away. For a Sunday at 1PM this place was packed!!! Service was swift. The menu is in a few languages. Ask questions! They serve the least Americanized Chinese food in the city. We enjoyed the butter rubbed garlic steak, baby bok choy and jalapeno chicken. Their rice wasn't special, but it was cooked nicely. We were in and out in just over an hour. We are planning on returning next Sunday. We took a picture of the menu so we can study it and be more prepared!
My friends and I like the food here very much. It's very authentic. The staff are very friendly. The per capita price is also very reasonable
Authentic Cantonese food in east Lansing! Food is always so fresh and cooked quickly. Service staffs are always nice and fast.
Hands down the best Cantonese food in town, that’s still open and keeping consistent quality. Been saving the photos to upload now. Whoever the cooks are must be old masters from Guangzhou or Hong Kong. The go to for my family is always the seafood pan fried noodles. But most things are good. Try it all. Don’t go for the buffet, order off the menu.
I went to this restaurant twice. Literally the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. The whole restaurant is so fuking ridiculous. Please DON’T stand next to the table and just watch people signing their bills, DON’T tell people the amount of tips they should leave. This is so fuking rude, and DON’T act like you need to educate someone else about tipping culture just because they look like international students. And DON’T normalize this please.
First time visiting. Been traveling the state trying international cuisines since moving to MI from CA last winter. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of dishes they offered. Some very authentic and difficult dishes. Ordered duck, bbq pork, and dry garlic steak as our main dishes. They were amazing. The steak was tender, but had a slightly crisp outside. The pork had just the right amout of sweetness and the duck skin was super crispy! We also ordered the the spicy shrimp dumplings, seemed pork dumplings and fried calamari. The spicy shrimp dumplings were spicy, but not so much that it didn't leave you wanting more. I could have ate those as my meal alone! The seemed dumplings were cooked well and the pork filling was delicious. The calamari was deep fried in a light breading. They had a salt and pepper flavor to them, absolutely delicious! It was worth the 2.5 hour drive. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu!
This is my favourite Chinese restaurant in Michigan. Way back when they opened, I went there for the noodle soups, but now I'm all about the flounder casserole and Chinese broccoli. Huge portions for good prices, especially considering how delicious the food is! The servers are always friendly, although sometimes they are pretty swamped this place gets busy on a Friday night, so, be patient. Luckily they have several large fish tanks to keep you entertained.
The menu is expansive! The fresh tanks smelled fresh, looked clean and well kept. The buffet was offered and we were politely informed it was the end of their time. What was out was it. We choose to order off the menu. My mouth and brain wanted more but my stomach said enough! We split the spicy shrimp wontons. Steamed and fried dumplings. And combo of roast duck/pork belly. Definitely took food home. Definitely will return. I agree the atmosphere is kinda flat but it was clean. Staff was every friendly. This is NOT your Americanized Chinese buffet with overwhelming options. This feels authentic and carefully prepared.
