"Pancho is a quaint taqueria and bar with a focus on local and fresh ingredients serving dinner, drinks and take out. Its raw bar boasts delicious local oysters and carefully crafted ceviche that pair wonderfully with its wide array of tequilas, mezcals, local beers, and natural wines. Bar seats directly in front of the kitchen give a great view of the action and a chance to dialogue with the chefs."

The ambiance and atmosphere at Pancho are one the best I have ever been at. The cocktails are amazing and delicious also they pair very well with food. The tuna tartar was very fresh, interesting, and delicious, the tacos were juicy, and well seasoned and I enjoyed every bite, if I could critique the tacos a bit I wish there was a bit more sauce on them but that's just me. I believe that if you are looking for a more upscale Mexican dining experience then I would recommend Pancho, it is a wonderful choice for a night out.
I really enjoy the tacos & the quesadillas here. They aren't soggy and they're very flavourful. The shots and drinks I've tried are also all very tasty. There aren't too many tables though so I would definitely recommend reserving vs just showing up.
We went to Panchos for dinner, the atmosphere and the vibe of the restaurant was amazing. I would've definetly given it 5 stars If it wasn't for my personal experience. I had let the server know that I had a food sensitivity to cilantro and corriander however all the dishes that were brought in were garnished with cilantro. Which was fine, I was able to pick it all off except for the shrimp one since it was finely chopped in so i had to offer it to my bf since I couldn't eat it it looked good doe. But also they didn't bring the appetizer that we ordered and almost accidently charged us If we hadn't noticed it. However because our server was super sweet and apologetic about it I didn't mind. It wasn't crowded when we went for Sunday dinner so I expected a better attentive service but the food was very good and I wished I tried the drinks since they had good options. Defiently split with someone so you can try them all. Kid-friendliness: It's more of a bar kinda vibes and quiet small. I wouldn't say it's kid friendly but better for an older crowd Parking: There is parking available underground and it's quiet cheap. You can just take the elevator up and walk out to enter poncho
Pretentious setting with sub-par cleanliness, service and food. We had a reservation and got seated at the bar: put my arms down on the tabletop and the whole surface was full of residue and crumbs. We decided to order 4 sets of tacos for a bit of variety, none of which were tasty or properly spiced. All the proteins were overcooked and bland. Service was slow, lackluster and the music playing in the background was very loud, obnoxious and inappropriate. To those saying they've enjoyed their experience there, thank you for showing that you have absolutely no idea what a good food experience means. NOT RECOMMENDED.
Don’t go to this restaurant with high expectations, you’ll be disappointed. The food was average with small quantities. 4 shrimps inside my tacos ? i know we’re in the middle of an economic crisis but common don’t be stingy. i’m not even going to start talking about their “special dessert”, a literal waste of money unless you appreciate the taste of frozen bread. Besides, theres no service. Despite those inconvenient, i must admit that the place is cute. a solid 2/10 won’t eat here again.
Waited 1h for ok food. This place is very gorgeous, very hip. I was curious to see what they had to offer which ended up being nothing more than a regular breakfast I could have gotten elsewhere for half the cost. The coffee was good, the servers were nice, dont get me wrong. I’ve worked in kitchens so I empathize when one cook has to serve 20 people alone. But I also know the servers could have offered us croissants from the breakfast buffet. I also know the cook could have asked for help. I also know that when the cook/chef came out to shake hands, he could have offered help to get the food out. I guess guests are not that important. I won’t be going back but who knows, maybe I was there at the wrong moment.
Lovely place for drinks The staff was friendly, the music was upbeat and lively, the drinks were delicious. Highly recommend Food: 5/5
We really enjoyed the mexican tapas !
Absolutely wonderful! Had my birthday party there yesterday. Not a bad thing to say! From the ambiance, the delicious food to the amazing service. Super friendly. I had a blast and I kept saying that I would for sure come back the whole time. Special thank you to the crew because it wouldn't be the same without them! A+++!
I was very impressed with how tasty the food was and the service was very good! The ambiance was low key and quiet at first, but it started to feel a bit more lively around 10:00 pm. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because my mojito was mediocre. However, the food was so good, I will be coming back!
