Story

Giovanni Pellegrino and Roberto Areosa have been close friends for years. They decided to bring their relationship to the business level and opened up what became the greatest Resto-Bar in NDG, Montreal.

In 2009, these two Europeans blended their energy and passion and started a concept that became their trademark in the restaurant business. Solaris Resto-bar is a full bar restaurant with the most amazing sports decoration with banners hanging from the ceiling, murals on the walls with large glass widows and large screen TV’s with sports filling the airwaves, you can’t help but breathe the adrenaline. Football, hockey, soccer, baseball, whatever flavor the day brings.

What makes Solaris Resto-bar unique is its food. Sam Pellegrino, the Italian Chef brings you the most amazing Handmade thin crust Italian Pizzas, Paninis, lasagnas and the most amazing recipes of the French Canadian fast food cuisine.
