Stopped by there yesterday for a last minute floral arrangment for the mass we had for my grandma who passed away last month and the lady was so helpful. I didn't know what I wanted or had any idea I just explained to her that it was for my grandma and that I honestly had no clue on how to order floral arrangements. She said she knew what to create for for me and it came out beautiful!!! Thank you! All the staff there were so polite and friendly. Defeneitly recommend!

Called from out of state to have flowers for my daughter's birthday delivered. Very friendly phone etiquette. My daughter sent a picture and I was very pleased with the arrangement. This will be my go to from now on while she lives in Joliet area.

I have been going to Palmer Florist for about 15 years now. They did my stepsons wedding and my stepdaughters. My neighbor went there for her mothers funeral flowers. Never been disappointed yet. The staff is always very helpful and great to work with. There are 3 excellent designers, very creative and a lot off experience. The flowers are beautiful and fresh and last a long time!
