I ordered a "Large" Get Well arrangement for a family member. The lady that took the order told me it was a big, full arrangement of fruit. I have ordered from Edible Arrangements before and had been pleased with the Large arrangements as they were full and fresh. When I picked up this last order, it was small, cheap, and not well arranged. I was very disappointed to spend $65 on an arrangement that looked like I picked it up last minute at a convenience store. When my wife and I expressed our disappointment, the ladies in the store said there was nothing they could do and that the manager was unavailable. They did not seem to care. This is the last time we will ever shop at Edible Arrangements in Joliet!

Stopped in today, grabbed a smoothie, I'm not a smoothie consumer, but that one may of changed my opinion on smoothies. I'm going back. Doctor told me as well to change my deit some, looking over the options; they had health smoothies too, that was refreshing to see.

Advertised online open until 7 for Mother's Day weekend so I ordered a pickup at 530pm and paid over $50 for it. I have an order confirmation stating pickup is at 530 at the Essington Rd location and I drive 45 minutes to pick it up and they were closed so I had no gift to give my mother and was out $50. Never buy from this store!
