I would NEVER go back to this florist again. Laura seemed really professional over the phone however, when I went in, it seemed like they never put a bouquet together before. The selection was very limiting too, the refrigerator was tiny and barely any roses around!? The “DESIGNER” had such an attitude and looked bothered that I would need a bouquet! Seriously it was a $50 bouquet and it was not worth it, if I was NOT running to a dinner needing the flowers right away I would have left , she didn’t even say hello! She then spaced out the flowers as if for a funeral or graduation instead of making it round, it was flat and really long - not what I meant about a full bouquet. Ahe did it so fast while I was writing in the card and got annoyed too that I then had a card to add. Also the designer picked additional flowers and then laura asked me with attitude, “oh I thought you didn’t like those”. What’s it to you? I would never go there again, there are so many florists and I will take my business elsewhere. They didn’t say thank you for coming in or any cordiality. Very rude and not pleasant, they werent even busy! The only good thing was the flowers were fresh, but the selection very scarce, I didn’t even see one red rose!?

I would never recommend this flower shop if you thing to order a flower delivery....! I ordered a bouquet of flowers which has to be delivered at the office facility, so... it was left by the elevator and when I called back asked if the bouquet was delivered they said ,,YES,, and it was signed by the recipient. A few hours later I came to the office and I saw the bouquet by the elevator at the first floor, and the recipient knew nothing about that, if I would not get to the office that day it would never get to recipient. I do also asked for a Deluxe bouquet but it was made as a regular one, and charged as for Deluxe. This is the service we pay for...!

Flowers were fresh and lasted a long time. Easily got about two weeks before the started showing their age. Staff was courteous and accommodating, even on a busy day - Valentine's Day.

Karen made me a custom made head wreath to celebrate me being pregnant...she did a great job and she has a great eye on what looks good and would recommend her as a florist if you need someone good!

I drove to Karen's flower shop from Chicago and order a Birthday arrengmamet to be delivered with in a few hours .. Despite giving them the wrong company's name there driver went the extra mile to make sure he was at the right place and deliver the flowers Kuddos to entire staff !! the arrengmnet was great she loved it ... Thank you !! Max Trevino
