Every year I visit this floral shop to purchase the roses for the love of my life... my Mother!! I am always pleased with the arrangement, and I will gladly support them in the future!

I was able to call in the morning for early afternoon pick up. I was informed of the daily special that were beautiful peach colored roses. I spent less than $50 that included a vase.

NOT HAPPY. I called over a week ago and spoke to Beth to place an arrangement order of flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day. The flowers were delivered today Saturday. I called, spoke to someone and explained that they were delivered today. She simply said, sorry but the driver must have picked up the arrangement by mistake. If you can't control what leaves your store, you have no business taking orders. I paid a lot of money$150 for my arrangement to be delivered on Mother's Day. What a disappointment.
My Mothers Day saviors!!! We stopped here on Mother’s Day on the way to my in-laws house after stopping at several places ie Walgreens, grocery stores - all of which were unsurprisingly sold out for a nice bouquet to add to the gift we were giving my MIL. Knowing that Mother’s Day is the busiest day of the year for all florists, I was fully expecting to be turned away. It was already a little later in the afternoon, but I was extremely happy to see they still had plenty of flowers and all hands on deck. There was virtually no wait even tho there were several other customers and everyone working was busy with various arrangements. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I told them how much I wanted to spend on a spring mix bouquet and they started on it right away. It turned out to be a beautiful selection of flowers, wrapped neatly and professionally... and they even tied a bow with a beautiful wide, sheer, purple wired ribbon. Just perfect and well worth every penny! The flowers were without a doubt fresh and well handled/cared for. The team working there that day was just great. For being the busiest day of the year everyone working were so at ease and seemed to be having fun. It definitely had a calming influence on me & just helped me feel I was in good hands. I walked in frazzled, stressed, & desperate and I walked out relieved and excited to give that beautiful bouquet to my MIL... she absolutely LOVED it!!! Thank you SO very much!!
Awesome Customer Service, Beautiful Fresh Flowers, Reasonable Price... I bought myself a "I'M PROUD OF MYSELF" Roses with a Lilly arrangement today and I've been smiling ever since. Thanks Olander Florist for helping me make my day. I will be back...
