Ordered a floral spray for a funeral. The quality of the arrangement was despicable...the flowers were already wilting on day 1 (wake day). The flowers were delivered on that same day. On day 2, the roses and bent over completely in half. The arrangement itself was of poor quality with 2 sprays of carnations sticking WAY out to the sides breaking the symmetry of the arrangement. Stopped at the shop after the service to voice complaints. The worker was much more understanding than the shop owner who was in the back and listening to our complaints. The owner yelled from the back room, "that was that $57.00 arrangement"! I don't care how much an arrangement cost, if you can't provide the QUALITY one expects, especially in such circumstances, you need to pardon yourself from business. She agreed to give me a $20. refund. BIG deal! All the other flowers were beautiful making her other comments of "it was too hot in the room" and "the delivery person messed it up when it was delivered"! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

We have ordered flowers several times. My family and friends have always received beautiful flowers. My husband has sent me flowers from here as well and they were very beautiful. My only suggestion to them is the young lady that answers the phone when you call needs to be a little more polite but other then that no complaints

My husband has delivered me flowers twice since we moved here a few months ago and both arrangements were beautiful and well packaged.

I used FTD online to order 36 long stem Rose's for my lady and the arrangement that showed up was short some Rose's and looked nothing like the picture from the advertisement, but I called in and the lady sent out some more Rose's with no problem and my wife was very happy over all with the experience.... So I give them a A for effort and will shop with them again!
