Update: Operational manager and Maintenance staff is great deserve 5 stars. good luck getting anything repaired - building manager Louise never responds or sends anyone to repair, she’ll just leave you on read. Doesn’t matter how many times you message her. Building manager before, used to get things done, it’s never been this bad until she came. Sent her messages three days ago and again two days ago.
