Very nicely maintained
Do not consider this apartment. I have been complaining about creaky,noisy floors from the apartment above mine for some months now and nothing has been done. Sleeping has become a nightmare.
Landlords did nothing to fix problems we were having with other tenants in the building. Thankfully they are letting us out of the lease and we are moving because it was Boardwalk's fault for not addressing the problem. Location is great however.
nice area in north end. very convenient location. close plaza and sobyes.
Check the parking lots for people who don't live here and double parking
