After confirming our appointment twice the day before, my husband and I showed up at our scheduled meeting time and ended up waiting outside 25 minutes in the freezing cold of winter with no phone call from the management team. Neither of us drive, so we had taken a 90 minute bus ride to get across town for this appointment. It was horrendous. We called several times, knocked on the door, and even asked nearby residents if the office was supposed to be open. I have a disability and I was starting to flareup so we decided to go home. Once we finally gave up and went home, spent $40 on the cab ride, by the way one of the staff members named Caitlin called us and said she had an emergency at another apartment and couldn't meet us. I really tried to be understanding of that, but I couldn't understand why she couldn't take two seconds to call us. The worst part is that she insinuated that it was our fault because we didn't call to confirm earlier that day, despite the fact I had confirmed with another staff member, Natalia, TWICE literally the evening before. The whole thing was just a nightmare. I ended up telling her that this situation left a bad taste in our mouths and we were no longer interested. She didn't seem phased. On the other hand, Natalia was very helpful and kind throughout our contact. Caitlin was not. I always try to be patient and understanding in these situations but the lack of basic respect and decency for other human beings was ridiculous. To all prospective renters: I hope you have a better experience than we did.
I have been assisted by Alex she is amazing, professional, fun and attentive. We viewed a few apartments in the neighborhood and settled on one in Suncourt Place. The apartments are all being updated and refreshed. I was very impressed with how the veiwings are considering Covid. I would highly recommend working with the Boardwalk team when you are considering your next move. I just did. So did my son and my sister.
I had a very pleasant experience with Maria today ,she told me every little details and she is so sweet and kind. Thanks Maria
Meadowside Estates frequently had problems with controlling their cockroach problem.

Lived at this location a couple years back and it had a massive bed bug infestation. Paid to break my lease and left. At least 3 treatments were done in the amount of time I lived there. It lasted 4 months. When I was signing the initial lease the office had mentioned that if we see any bugs to let them know. Which I found odd until a couple months later. The office was well aware, and so many treatments had been done.. that they were no longer effective. I will NEVER live in another boardwalk property.
Didn't call to cancel or confirm my appointment for a booking. Had to show up and find out for myself the apartment I had originally shown interest in viewing was no longer available. Dealt with Tannis.
Lived here for about a decade, apartments fall apart with use. Most of the staff are unhelpful, as in they don't care. 11 operating suites in 1 building and 2 washers and 2 dryers to share between There are tenants who will use them all day sometimes. First moved in there was a huge mold stain on the floor next to the bath tub, took them almost a decade to fix with repeated reminders. Office staff change very frequently. They should probably do background checks on some tenants too because half the time the halls reek of weed, and other tenants just leaving their trash in the hall. A more current thing happening is if you are home and leave your door unlocked, there is someone who OPENS THE DOOR TO CHECK IF ANYONE IS THERE AND WON"T CLOSE THE DOOR UNTIL YOU SLAM IT IN THEIR FACE. This has happened more than once too, a few times I was near the door. Not the first time break-in have occurred in the build albeit last time it was with LOCKED doors. So when someone gives this location a good review, it is because they haven't lived in the building long enough to realise how many of the build managers and some staff are completely unqualified.
