Painted Turtle Restaurant

A stop in Clearwater resulted in this gorgeous find. The restaurant was adorable with a gorgeous setting overlooking Dutch Lake. Their patio was a very comfortable temperature where we could enjoy seeing water lillies in bloom, turtles sunning on logs, and dragonflies flying around. Our meals were just as great, having a delicious Reuben and peppercorn blue cheese burger. Opting in on some coleslaw as a side, a must-have, it was all so delicious. I highly recommend.

Amazing place! Very peaceful lake, the views are very picturesque. The staff is very friendly. The food was great, came really fast, the portions are very generous. Loved the place! Will definitely come back when in the area.

A thoroughly enjoyable culinary experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing flavours and the very accommodating servers. We ordered chicken quesadillas with Caesar salad, a Reuben with strawberry spinach salad, fish and chips, and lemon cake. Each entrée was so delicious we all had to sample each other's food. Our server was very helpful with making substitutions and providing detailed information about the dishes so we could avoid allergens. The menu features an enticing selection of items that are made from scratch so the ingredients aren't a mystery.nAdd to this the wonderful ambiance provided by dining next to beautiful Dutch Lake and you have a most satisfying restaurant experience. I am looking forward to returning to this lovely establishment in the near future.
