Recently expanded (Summer 2017, opened Nov 2017) and the interior was redone. For an on-mountain lodge at a ski resort it is one of the best I have ever been it. Contrary to most ski resorts' choice of cafeteria style seating, the lodge has nice tables and seating, a bar, and overall feels like a normal nice restaurant. For simple restaurants it's not amazing, but for a ski lodge it is quite nice.

This place needs to Serve breakfast all day! Also try smiling and greeting your customers. The place looks nice now it's renovated but I'll spend my money at the better, privately owned, restaurants and cafes in the village

Great reno work.  Much nicer than last year.  Food is a big improvement as well but it is "resort-priced" if you know what I mean.

Bigger, but they still the famous cinnamon buns. Great place for breakfast and lunch or a mid morning snack.
