Pablo Cheese Tart

Finally got a chance to try out Pablo! These Japanese cheese tarts are freshly baked! The tarts had a subtle sweetness with a creamy and buttery filling. I got the , which also included their flavour. All the flavours were really good, but if I had to pick my faves, it would be the & .

A really interesting trying these cheese tarts. These are very unique, unlike anything we have had before. We scored a surprise bag via Too Good To Go, which was a great value to give them a try. We enjoyed the Chocolate Cheese Tart and the Blueberry. The service was really friendly and welcoming. Also the packaging was really well executed and cute. Would make for a nice gift.

Friendly and quick service by Pablo, I absolutely loved the "Premium Big Cheese Tart" $27.99 - the one that has the fabulous bruleed topping and two kinds of creme cheese - that crispy surface and cheese was so good! I also really enjoyed the chocolate cheese tart, the flakiness of the edge was perfect, and the texture reminded me of chocolate mousse, a nice variation for chocolate lovers. Their minis are so adorable and would be a beautiful treat to bring as a gift or to an event to share.

We came here after dinner to get a light dessert and tried the original and mango cheese tart. They were pretty good: the original had a creamy cheese flavor that was not too heavy. The mango had a good mango flavor. The main critiques in these tarts are that they are fairly dense and I would prefer them to be more light when I bite into them. The tarts fit in the size of your palm and for $6 a tart, the bang for the buck is not as good. Overall, they are pretty tasty and I would go back to try some of their other flavors!

Great variety of tarts and mini ones. The service was quick and friendly, and the dessert was amazing. I would recommend the chocolate cheese tart, the filling was similar to a chocolate pudding, with a crispy delicate crust. I’ll be back for more.

Best Japanese mini tarts in YYC! First time, We tried the 6pcs assorted pack and we love them all. On the Second time we tried the Premium Cheese Tart, that was so delicious with the crispy Bruce sugar topping And we keep coming back for more!

Finally got to try the cheesecakes. Got the oreo basque cheesecake and the classic cheese tart smoothie. Both were delicious. The cheesecake just melts in your mouth. It‘s not too sweet either. The smoothie was creamy but not too heavy.

We got there late... first time to go in. Went by last week by 16th Ave... and I was like 'yo sis! There's a Japanese dessert place... so we got to check it out this weekend. Got the 6 minis for 25. If you are not into super sweet... this is yours to try! Like it's balance all around.. Japanese are super good with their dessert... they balance everything nothing too strong. PABLO is apparently named after the famous painter.. Picasso... originated from Japan. They open from noon til 8pm. You wanna get yummy stuff... early birds get the worm! Yummy! A must try!

I love the variety of cheesecakes and drinks they have!! Minis are my go-to my favs are tiramisu & matcha! and comes in a cute box too! Definitely a great gift idea for any occasions. Can’t wait to go back and try their seasonal flavours :D

What great experience. We waited until the rush was a little calmer but it was well worth the wait! We got the mini tart collecting and it was great to have an assortment of tarts to try. The people were fantastic so friendly and ready to help. Over all would recommend popping in!
