Delicious yogurt based dessert drinks with any authentic Asian flavours. Staff were polite, not long wait times, and location had decently cool AC feel like we should start highlighting if a store has AC in this day and age with these +30 days, but yeah
The best signature here is Purple rice chewy yogurt. If you know purple rice is the source of protein which helps reduce muscle loss and repair muscle tissue. According to some Health institutions purple rice contain more than antioxidant compound than white rice.
4.5 stars overall - review based solely on the mochi croffle. The mochi component truly makes the croffle one of a kind - the chewy texture yet with a crisp outside. The price ranges from $6-7.50 dependent on style. When we were there, the majority of the flavours were not available and there were only 4 to choose from. The chocolate one was ok but would recommend the red bean and Oreo. The croffles are made to order so there is some waiting involved but it does come piping hot. Atmosphere is simple and service was good.
Such a cute store! We got the mango chewgurt with mochi and the purple rice chewgurt. I would highly recommend the mango flavour. The chewgurts taste exactly how they sound - flavoured yogurt with chewy bits in it. However, note that not all flavours have chewy toppings you may have to add $1 for chewy toppings like mochi or taro ball. I will definitely have to try the mochi croffles next time!
Friendly and helpful staff! The owner is so nice! Plus, their yogurt drinks are so yummy!!! Very unique and it's definitely a healthy version of the regular bbtea that we can find elsewhere. I recommend the grape and the mango one!
Really nice place! Mochi croffle was great, had both milk tea and Oreo flavours. Not overly sweet! Had the mango and papaya drinks. Very mild and tasty
Went on a weekday evening and there were a couple people waiting for their orders. There are menus by the door and at the till, which made it easy to take time and decide what to order. Staff were busy with preparing other drinks, so they did not take our order right away, but they were very polite and efficient once they were ready. Took a little more than five minutes for them to prepare three drinks and one taro croffle. The drinks were presented nicely and the croffle came out hot and crispy. The flavour of the drinks are refreshingly tart. The toppings compliment the drink nicely and definitely improves the drinking experience. The croffle was a bit on the small side, considering they range from $6-$7.50. The salted egg yolk paired surprisingly well in the taro croffle. The price point of the drinks are a bit on the expensive side, considering the size, but would recommend a visit just to try it. Multiple parties filed in afterwards, so the place seems to get quite popular in the later hours of the evening.
Atmosphere: 4.5 Stars Very nice decor, few tables for dining in. Very clean and light. Service: 5 Taste: 3.5 Ordered Macha Red Bean. Tasted different sour. Maybe just not used to it compared to other BBT’s. And the cup size seems smaller as well…$7ish.
Yogurt fans, families looking for a healthier choice than most bubble teas, take note. Chewgurt is yogurt drink made from A2 milk which is often less troublesome for those with lactose issues. There are a good number of flavour and ingredient choices and I find it really tasty. My personal favourite is the classic with purple rice. It like having a drink and also something to chew at the same time. Also had with the oat rice and really liked that as well. They also offer Mochi filled croffles in a variety of favours, these are well executed and unique. I don’t always need one as the drink is usually my main objective when I come here. Definitely check this out if you love yogurt!
We tried the original purple rice yogurt, strawberry yogurt with purple rice, and the jujube oatte. We wanted a healthier dessert option, and this was a success! The ingredients tasted fresh and the flavors weren’t overpowering. The chewy rice texture is unique and kind of addicting. We loved their thick yogurt because you can enjoy it while pacing yourself. The service was great. Since we were trying something new with the jujube oatte, they offered to let us try another flavor on the house in case it wasn’t our vibe. It was a gracious offer, but of course we ended up enjoying the flavor!
