Brought truck in for service several times. Each time they said it was fixed. Repair lasted a week then it was back in the shop. Finally hired another private mechanic and he fixed the issue first try. Now we just brought our truck in for service and a oil change. Our motor is now covered in oil because they forgot THE OIL CAP!!!!!

Brutal!! Once they have your $$, it's "see you later" . Wouldn't buy a wheel barrow off of them. They're price was lower than anyone else, but after service cost way more to rectify the things they said were not covered under warranty. Very disappointed !

My truck was booked in for service work and repairs. after 2 weeks of down time, they hadn't even looked at it. I was told they'd get to my truck at some point. They just didn't care. Service has gone in the toilet!

Terrible customer service. Arranged to have work done, they promised it would be done, then the next was told they couldn't because they were too busy...
