This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Glen Oak and I recommend them 100%. Chris Brooks made our purchase of the new Bronco very easy and has continued to check in with us along the way. We recently purchased a 2019 Ford F150 truck from Glen Oak Ford. Spending a small fortune on a vehicle can be fairly stressful. Everyone at Glen Oak Ford that we dealt with were very professional and gave us confidence that we were in the right place. Chris Brooke was absolutely great. He walked us through the whole process and made it comfortable for us. He took the time to run through and demonstrate  all the features of the truck. Manager Paul Wallace introduced himself and was there to support Chris throughout the sale. Great experience and great truck! Well done.

Chris, Ben, Chase and the entire team worked early mornings to shortly after closing times for a few days just to ensure I got a decent trade in value towards my brand new Ford F150 Lariat. We are very happy with our new Mustang MachE from Glen Oak,  our sales person - John Grieve worked hard to get the most value for our trade.  We have purchased vehicles from John in the past,  as have others in our family.  John is dedicated to ensuring the customer receives the best deal on the vehicle that meets their needs.

I’ve had a repeatedly poor experience at this dealership. As a woman buying a truck in a male dominated space it can be intimidating to navigate. Our sales rep was great but every step beyond him has not been. They put my husbands name top of the sale documents even when I asked them not to so every email now comes addressed to him time travel to 1950. When I’ve asked numerous times for it to be fixed I’ve been reassured it would and then it’s not. When a part broke on my tonno cover days after install I was reassured it would be ordered to fix but received no follow up and have asked numerous times. One year later it’s still not fixed. When I’ve gone in for service or called the parts department I’ve dealt with rude, unhelpful staff providing monosyllabic responses to my questions “dunno”. When I asked to speak to someone who did know I got transferred back to their front desk to start the conversation all over again. There seems very little accountability for positive customer experience once the sale is completed and I am disappointed and worn down by these interactions. What felt like a huge milestone - to finally buy myself my dream truck - has been soured by the patronizing, unhelpful staff who seem to have little care for their customers.

Fabulous service, and great pricing made purchasing our truck an easy decision. Paul Waller & Chris Brooke's are the guys to go to. They even washed my car while we wrote up the papers on the new one. Would highly recommend!

We finally got our Maverick in spite of all the chip shortage and supply chain issues. Our overall experience with Westshore Glenoak Ford is very positive. Chris Brookes has been a great help. He is professional and honest. He kept us updated over the whole process. He made proper recommendation about the vehicle configuration so our vehicle could be scheduled as soon as possible.
