Just had the best customer service experience buying a Subaru Forester. From the initial contact with Mike and then with John, Jack, Colin and Steve at the dealership, we found each and every one of them to be knowledgeable, genuine, low key, pleasant and personable. Our last vehicle was a 2001, but John, the product advisor, was clear and patient in familiarizing us with all the new technical details of the car. Jack kept us entertained during our paperwork wait, like a gracious host. Steve actually made the finance part fun. (Is that even possible??) Colin made the extra effort to make sure we were happy, satisfied customers. We definitely felt the team effort at play here to provide gold medal service. We’re really happy with the car and would recommend this dealership, even to the most cynical car buyer! (PS Thanks, Cody. for setting up non-techies’ phones to Bluetooth)

I would like to echo other comments on here. I bought a 2018 Crosstrek and I love it! I highly recommend John Burns. He feels that you shouldn't have to settle for a colour or feature that won't make you happy. I never felt pressured into buying something I didn’t want. The customer service, sales teams and financing teams were excellent. I walked away with a car I was very happy with and a feeling like the experience was friendly and pain free. I highly recommend John Burns and all of the staff at Jim Pattison Subaru in Victoria.

I just bought a 2018 Forester, and I love it! I highly recommend John Burns; he is knowledgeable, friendly and genuine. I never felt pressured into buying something I didn’t want; he understood I was there to buy what I wanted, not have someone sell me something I didn’t want. The customer service and problem solving I experienced with both John Burns and Steven Pohl were excellent. If you are looking for a Subaru talk to John Burns at Jim Pattison Subaru, you will be happy you did!

Had a fantastic experience with Jim Pattisons Subaru! I have a older Suzuki vehicle that needed work done on it and no mechanic or shop would take my vehicle except for Subaru and they did a great job. They had awesome customer service and did a very quick job fixing my car when no one else would. I would go back to them in a heart beat for any future service needed on my car!

From start to finish, our experience at Jim Pattison Subaru Victoria was excellent. My wife and I dealt with Mauricio, who was very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous in our purchase of a 2016 Forester. We were especially impressed with the service that we received after the sale, when our regular mechanic discovered an issue that would not have been picked-up during the dealership's regular 144-point inspection. We called the dealership, expecting that they would tell us that the issue would be our problem. They asked us to bring the vehicle in so that the service department could take a look. We were so pleased that they acknowledged the problem and then went far above and beyond our expectations in making everything right. Our warmest thanks go to Mauricio for his service, and to the sales manager, Colin, for taking such excellent care of us after our purchase. We highly recommend Jim Pattison Subaru Victoria as a great dealer that sells an exceptional product.
