I've worked with GlenOak Ford's sales department and service department for multiple years and recently I got the pleasure of buying a pre-owned vehicle from them. The service I received from Paul the sales manager and Robert one of their incredibly helpful sales specialist was amazing top notch haven't had better service yet. I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years and I haven't been treated with this  kind of respect and transparency through the whole sale process ever. I will definitely recommend  my friends and family to Paul and his team knowing that they would be taken care of properly. Thanks again everybody who made this purchase easy and fun and quick.

Ryley showed and told me about the cars and took me to test drives, Paul made a great discount and a good offer for my old Ford, Justin - the best accounting person I've ever seen- walked through all my finance questions....  and I bought a brand new Ford Escape! LOVE our new 2020 Ford Explorer!!!!  We are truly a "Ford Family" and the sales and service we get at Glen Oak Ford is exceptional - they make buying a vehicle FUN - the way it should be!  There are 3 generations of our family travelling the roadways in vehicles Paul and his team have sold us.  I had the oldest one in the fleet - a 2007 Escape - which Paul had been trying to gently persuade me to upgrade for a few years.  I'm a hard sell when things are working just fine, but I am sooooo happy I finally took the leap yesterday!!!  Test drove the Edge, the Escape and the Explorer - the Explorer won out!  LOVE IT!!!  Thanks Paul & Amir and the whole "Glen Oak Team".  Wonder who the next family member will be to take over my pole position of FORD envy??         Cheers Everyone!

When you buy a vehicle you want it to be a positive experience. That is exactly what I received when I purchased my vehicle from Glen Oak Ford. Peter looked after all my needs and was quickly to respond back with any of my enquiries.  He arranged for the right options and colour.  Sam was professional with my financing needs to make sure I had a plan that suited me. Everything went smooth and worry free. I will recommend them to all my friends.

Went in for what I wanted off of Glenoaks website. They we able to get me in to what I wanted for what was right for me that day. A friendly bunch of ppl. I felt as if I had made some new friends. They were courteous and kind. Thank you for a wonderful experience. And here is my 2009 Ford Ranger of choice they sold me.

Peter was very helpful in finding the perfect truck for me. The service I received from the Glenoak Ford Downtown in Victoria has been a very nice experience and I will definitely be taking my truck there for regular servicing and maintenance. This was my first time buying a used vehicle at a dealership and I’m happy to say the experience was way better compared to when I bought my other car brand new at another dealership. They also gave me a much better deal than what I got for my brand new car back then. Thank you Peter, John, Sam, Dave, Paul, Amir, and Emily for a wonderful experience. I went into this dealership hoping I could get what I was looking for. I had an appointment with Chris Brooke's he was recommended to me. He went over and above to make what I was looking for work for me. Absolutely no pressure sales, super nice guy with a sideways sense of humor. I left extremely happy and would recommend seeing him hands down. Very happy customer!!!

I'm so happy with my new F150 and the assistance i received at Glenoak. Matt, the salesperson, and Paul, the sales manager, were amazing. They brought in my F150 in the colour i had to have with the features i wanted so quickly 1 day and were very responsive to all my questions .  I had a pleasurable exerience from looking to test driving to driving away with my new truck .  I was happy to not have to endure any high pressure sales tactics. What a great experience for me! Here’s an edit  I went back to Glenoak and bought a fabulous Ford Edge Titanium in the most beautiful faded, metallic blue colour. I love my Edge. It’s loaded with safety and comfort features and I love it every bit as much as my F150. The staff at Glenoak downtown were amazing. I happened to be in buying my Edge mid day and hadn’t had lunch, I mentioned being hungry and suddenly this amazing delicious food was brought in and offered to me. What great customer service, top notch all the way, everyone went above and beyond to make another amazing experience buying a new vehicle for me.

Absolutely amazing experience. I have just purchased my second car from Glenoak ford downtown and I will never go anywhere else. Thoughtful, patient and kind staff that have always gone above and beyond for me. Amir and Sam helped me this time, and so did Paul and Peter. I have recommended all of my friends to go to Glenoak Downtown. I love my new car, and I feel good driving it. I have had experiences at other dealerships so I feel as though I can make an honest review based on other experiences. Highly recommend!
