P.F. Chang's

Not impressed. Third time with poor service. Went for lunch and was seated quickly. Waiter took the order and disappeared. 20-30 minutes later had to ask for the soup with our entree which arrived immediately after the soup so chilled while we ate the appetizer. Had to ask another waiter to refill drinks. Totally different from the one in Rochester so it must be training and management. Not recommended.

Poor outside service. Me and my girlfriend went for a 3rd time to P.F. Chang's thinking maybe this time it would be better following the first 2 poor serviced visits. This time was no different, in fact it was actually the worst of the 3. It took us 15-20 minutes for a waiter to even take our drink orders let alone serve them. Both of our soups came our room temp. Our meal that we split, which we got in the past, was greatly downsized and lacking meat even though I ordered extra for the extra $3.00 (I mean literally I only found 3 shrimp and 6 pieces of bite sized beef and it was supposed to feed 2). So at the end of the day, this place is overrated. Prices or way too high with no service and quality to match. I've had way better experiences at Ping On just 3 miles away.

Great service! We had a wonderful experience and it was all due to our waiters. Erin stood out as charismatic and attentive. We were unhappy with the honey chicken and this is the only reason I am giving four stars instead of five.

The food was ok, not bad but not great. The portions were ridiculously small. I ended up paying $1.15 for each small lump of chicken in my dish. The long life noodles were disappointing. The fried rice was bland. All in all, remarkably disappointing and overpriced

Place was not busy at all. Haven't been to a PF Chang's in about a year since I got sick last time I went. Sat at the table and were completely ignored for 5-7 minutes. Waited for another couple minutes trying to get anyone to make eye contact before my growling stomach convinced me to leave.
