This is a little gem of a restaurant. My son and I both thought the fries were the best we've ever had. I had the shrimp Po'Boy, which was amazing. My husband and one son had the haddock, which they loved, and other son loved the oxtail and baked beans (beans were a lot like Dinosaur BBQ). Hubby said the collard greens were addictive, and really liked his mac & cheese -it had onions in it. Tasty cornbread too. Excellent & friendly service, very clean. Owner talked to us - super friendly guy, originally from New Orleans, uses authentic recipes. Only negative is that it's a small place with very basic atmosphere. Could use some upgrading. We will definitely return - loved it!

Don't miss this place when strolling through downtown Syracuse! I stumbled upon this gem during lunch and had some of the best Creole food outside of New Orleans. Great little spot for a sit down at the counter or the tables - or even takeout. I had the Oyster Po'Boy and Cajun fries, both were amazing. Met the owner who is originally from New Orleans and still has a lot of family down there. Friendly staff and great service!

Located on Jefferson we found street parking for $1.25. Loved the etouffee and the n'awlins burger. Pleasantly spiced. Chef and owner Darren came out to talk. Will be back. awesome food and friendly staff.

When I visited for the first time, the waitress didn't acknowledge me or asked if I wanted to order. My partner was visited and asked if if he would like anything else with his order or if he was all set, but she completely bypassed me, twice. Because of that, I won't even give the menu a chance.

I had the poboy. It was tasty, and the cries crunch with a kick. Very good eats
