Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant

Gordon Biersch always has fantastic fresh food that is prepared for you that day instead of some of the premade meals you get at other restaurants. Combine this with their awesome beers made right on site and it adds up to be one of my favorite restaurants. Can't say enough good things. Never had a bad meal and will keep coming back.

Went there yesterday after the Syracuse lacrosse game for an early dinner with my girlfriend. One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. We waited for an hour and 20 minutes for our meal to come out. The waiter blamed himself saying he put the order in incorrectly. When we finally got our meals my garlic mashed potatoes were almost ice cold. A server brings us new garlic mashed potatoes and this one has a hair in it about 3" long. And no... I'm not exaggerating. When I informed our waiter he said he would get the manager... However they never showed up.... just the bill. That's the short of it. I will say that I will never go Gordon Biersch again... This place is absolutely incompetent and disgusting.

Tonight we stopped by to eat with our child who has severe food allergies, and the chef went above and beyond to make sure our son was safe , he even made our other kids food the same way just in case ! Amazing service, chefs name was Adam I believe! I hope they keep people like him , representing their restaurant in a high respectful manner! I hope they give him a raise after this ! Thank you Adam because of you we will be back !

Great atmosphere. Fun, friendly and knowledgeable staff. A rotating menu of unique and flavorful options. All in all... a great time, whether you are a first timer or regular. I know you'll have a great time.

Generally all around bad experience. Server was slow and casual to the point of rudeness. Watched the table next to us finish pay and leave before even being offered a to-go box by the same server. They got one of our party of three's order wrong. My food, the steak tacos, came cold, weirdly very dry, each taco came on two tiny tortillas so it falls apart in the middle when you pick it up, and the steak only had one slice per taco that was less than 1oz. Both of the other meals were also "just okay". I will say that the cheese curds were very good and they do have good beer, but don't come for the food or service. We won't be going back.
