For three decades, P.B.'s Fish & Chips has served generations of families great fishand chips. All the food is prepared to order. The chips are cut fresh every day and the recipe for their light, crisp batter on the fish is a family secret.
Over the years the menu has grown with the addition of many new items, one of them their now famous Poutine. After much research, Peter and Bobbie concluded that they could build a better poutine. Real cheddar cheese curds, fresh cut chips and great gravy proved to be a grand success.
