Dear fellow Meltwich Oshawa foodies , I regret to inform you that it is now under new management. Not only have the prices increased but the quality has decreased. I have been going here with my daughter every week since it first opened. Those of you that like the chicken and cheeselike my daughter be prepared for Teriyaki and cheese yuk! As I am typing this i still feel sick to my stomach literally just came back from there not because of the insane price hikes but mainly because as I was taking my second to last bite of my standard burger which is now 7$ compared to the 5$ it use to be I discovered a hair that was the length from my wrist to my elbow NO JOKE!! I THREW UP in-bedded in the patty!!! thankfully that location has an amazing staff and refunded my money but the new management has absolutely no clue what his customers want or need. If you are a regular or even just enjoy the food be prepared to be disappointed. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING THERE EVER AGAIN!!! and its a shame because my daughter and I love it and the staff.

I have been there so many times now and absolutely loved it!!! The staff is always so friendly and knows about the menu fully. Never had an issue before there, and if anything the entire staff goes out of their way to please every customer! The boy with the tattoos is super attractive so I recommend going there just to see him, but the food is amazing too! He is friendly as well and always helps me with my picky orders. He never seems to have an issue and is always willing to substitute items for me. I have witnessed him and other staff do this multiple times with other customers as well and they all seem to know what they are doing there. They all go out of their way to please every customer and make sure each and every visit is pleasant and enjoyable. I have never seen a more well kept and clean establishment in my life either! Overall great place to go and great atmosphere and experience for new comers as well! I recommend the Bacon Avocado or the Spicy Beef Poutine and of corse get a milkshake while you’re there too plenty of flavors to choose from because they are huge, made with real ice cream, and delicious!!

I have been to this bar/restaurant on many occasions. Their food is absolutely amazing and very well priced. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help with refills or any questions about menu items. For late night entertainment they have karaoke on many nights including Thursdays and Saturdays.

Went there tonight. Waited a very long time for a simple take out order. Although the place wasn't even close to being busy, they managed to completely screw up the order. Raw French fries, ordered a godfather with no tomatoes or peppers, got all the way home and bit into a sandwich filled with tomatoes and peppers. . Total waste of $25 for two small sandwiches and two small handfuls of fries. Waste of money.

This place used to be good. Menu changed, ownership changed. The vibe of restaurant is very low energy. Not inviting at all. When I first came here over a year ago, the sandwiches were amazing! Now it’s mediocre at best. You can taste it in the ingredients that nothing is fresh anymore. Just commercial bought everything. To sum it, now just taste like a grilled cheese sandwich that anybody can make.

Was super excited to try this place. In Oshawa it is amongst a bunch of little food joints and so we have been eagerly anticipating eating here. From the moment we walked in, things were off but we were still excited to see the menu. We ordered, which was an ordeal in itself...as the young man taking our order messed up several times and his two friends sitting at the booths of the otherwise empty establishment...no big deal. He was new. Our milkshake , which was ready first--- was essentially chocolate milk. We returned that immediately. As I was looking over the counter--- I watched an establishment, named for the cheese aspect and delicious melty goodness -- take out kraft single slices..... I tapped out. Incredibly over priced, tables and establishment literally felt greasy, and being eyed up continuously by two men was just too much so, we got our money back and left.

Great grilled cheese! Salad was okay, though i expected fresh to order and what i got was pre-packaged with a couple portions of salad dressing to add myself. Decor inside was very dark and ominous, which i found to not quite fit with a gourmet grilled cheese establishment. Despite this, the food was good enough that i will most certainly return.

Was so excited to try this place. Ordered off über eats and my grilled cheese came with NO CHEESE in it. My husband actually had to drive there to get a new one made. The sandwich bacon avocado was disgusting! Absolutely vile. And the fries were raw. Not impressed. Will not be going back.

Went here with my mom and little brother and she ordered the west coast wrap and I got the special cheeseburger with bacon added. Another customer ordered after us and got their food first. All we wanted was one of the fries to give some to my 1 year old brother so he would stop crying and to get that on it's own took 15 minutes. The rest of our food took another 10. When my mom got her wrap there was no chicken or bacon in it like there was supposed to be and all the lettuce was slimy and had gone bad. She got a refund for her wrap. Though my burger was cooked properly it only was on half my bun. Never are we going back to this place and that was only our first time there

Great food. Excellent Poutine and AMAZING grilled cheese. Slightly pricy compared to - well I don't know what to compare it to. About $15 for my dinner but you can easily spend $20. I had a classic grilled cheese sandwich and a classic poutine - and I will have them again.
