Customer service was beyond exceptional at the drive thru window! I ordered the boneless wings for 2.99 ! Amazing. They fried some fresh for me. It took a little longer 3-5 minutes but was worth it. So yummy. I wanted to order more. I will def be back! Oh gosh these were good.

Drive an hour from Toronto to try this. The beef and cheddar double is good but not as much as I expected. Maybe my expectations is too high since I never had Arby's. Place is spacious and clean. Staff is nice and welcoming. Too far for me to go again but if I'm in the area I would come again.

We asked for 2 honey mustard sauce in those tiny packages and now they are charging $0.45! Seriously. That wasn't the worst part. We asked for 2 so almost $1.00 and they forgot to put them in the bag. Place was empty so no excuse to get the order wrong. Ordered 2 curly fries which was almost $5.00 and the you only get a few. They didn't even fill it up. Called to let them know once we got home but they didn't really care. Will make sure to tell everyone about the experience.

Food is good here, service is quick but their quick cause they always forget to put things in the bag. I always have to turn around and go back for something they forgot whether it's full sandwiches or sides of gravy.
