Very bad service and food

USED to be a loyal costumer for 6 years. Ordered in January and it took 2hours and 45 mins to arrive. By then I had already fed my family. Decided today to give them another shot. Before placing my order I asked for the wait time for delivery. They said 45 mins to an hour tops. That was at 4:15pm. The latest I could have the food arriving was 5:30 as we needed to leave by 5:45. At 5:20 I called and was told it was on its way and would be here 10 mins. Called again at 5:30 and tried to explain that I was giving them another shot and at this point it was 15 mins past the latest time it should arrive. Person on the phone said "don't shoot the messenger". I said ok can I speak to the owner/manager. Was then hung up on! Called again at 5:45 to tell them I wouldn't be paying at this point (they could at least let their driver know) and again asked to speak to the manager. Was told "the manager wouldn't be entertaining my call". Mother's Day dinner ruined. Incredibly disappointed. Such awful customer service.

Old dirty looking place...The food is great.... Staff is friendly
