Oyabong Sushi

Ever since Oyabong Sushi opened in the Toronto Beaches, I can say I have ordered from them almost every week from grand opening till now. They never disappoint, the sushi is always fresh, restaurant is always clean & the whole staff are always super friendly. Personal favorite is the Poke Bowl! I will continue to recommend this spot! Definitely a must try spot if you are ever by the Toronto Beaches!

I very rarely right reviews and literally had to stop eating to force myself to write this. This place has incredible, fresh sushi and the presentation is always so beautiful. They add little additions to further enhance the flavour profiles, like sesame seeds on a particular type of sushi or finely sliced onions. I’ve had a lot of sushi in my day and this sushi is absolutely incredible. Definitely my favourite place for sushi.

Not particularly a sushi lover, but this place made me fall in love with sushi!! Ordered shrimp tempura appetizer, 2 hand-rolls, lobster tail roll, and unagi donburi. Every plate was just perfect and beautiful presentation too. All ingredients are very fresh and I couldn’t taste fishy smell/taste from any of them! My favorite was spicy salmon hand roll. I could taste the spicy sauce was not like the ordinary spicy salmon sauce what other sushi places use and I looove it. Definitely will come back soon!

Sushi was absolutely amazing! Their sashimi is all so fresh and the ingredients for each of the rolls work so well together. Ive been coming here with friends and family every few weeks since opening and their food quality and service never disappointed us! Highly recommend~Food: 5/5

Pretty good sushi at a good price in the Beaches area with lunch specials on the weekend as well! The staff are also very nice. Definitely will come back

The owner chef, he knows what is Sushi!! I have some experience in food industry over 20 years but I never have seen this good balance such as not sweet, very proper rice amount, enough portion of fish with various kinds and good quality wasabi with even kept fresh soy sauce. I will visit here next time with my whole family, I strongly recommend you need to visit this hot spot!!!

Great location and great server. The gentleman who works as a server is so nice, polite and respectful. Sushi are so fresh and delicious! I will definitely come back. The prices are well and average. You can have rolls for 9 CAD too which is nice. Please, open a spot downtown!Food: 5/5

What a very welcomed addition to the neighbourhood! The staff greeted us so warmly and were extremely courteous and kind! The servings were generous and flavourful. I'll add more comments shortly as I know we'll be here to try more of the menu!

Absolutely amazing sushi and service. This is some of the best sushi I have ever had in Toronto. This is one of my top choices ever. Amazing value for money and generous portions and spectacular taste.

Our small group had a really nice experience here. The service was friendly and the sushi was delicious! And the price was very reasonable for the quality and for the amount of food the special rolls are quite large in size.Food: 5/5
