Bought tickets online for the Summer of Sound Afterparty. Went to the venue and waited in a line that did not move. Our tickets were not even scanned and did not get in. Requested a refund and they denied it. When one of the people I was with was granted the credit. Absolute trash management and the club isn’t even good. Usually smells like a mix of a barn and clogged toilets, and they raise their drink prices as the night goes on. Never going back to this embarrassing establishment
My friends and I had to wait in the vip line for over an hour and still did not get in. This is ridiculous! We paid 50$ for the tickets and still not being able to get in? Seriously??? At least give us a refund????? I loved OV so mcuh I swear to god but now it’s all over tbh
Drinks very overpriced. paid 16 dollars for a drink Music was pretty bad, only knew a few songs & the music hard stopped in between songs frequently enough that my drunken self was very annoyed. Very small, crowded dance floor. Only up side was the bartenders were sweet. Not a lot of girls here, guys were very pushy to dance w/ girls since ratio was so low. Maybe give girls free entry or at least reduced door fees because 10 dollars after waiting in line for 30 mins we got there 20 mins before $5 entry cutoff and ended up getting in 10 mins after so had to pay 10 sucked.
Reason I’m givin one star is that the club drinks are way too expensive like insane.. and the music is okay not to best, the place is so small you can barley have a good time with a place like that.. unfortunately they lost my business as the bouncers are rude and let who they know in first.
bouncers as well as bartender was very rude, kinda made fun of me because i was carrying a backpack lol, wouldn't let me back again after i went out for a smoke. also, music was garbage.
The music was pretty good. The place was packed. Everyone was having a blast. Booze was a little bit on the pricey side but that didn't stop people from drinking. The one major downside was the dance floor had a lot of entrances. I was pushed around from one side of the dance floor to another. That is why I'm only giving it 3 stars. If they only had one entrance to the dance floor it would have gotten an extra star.
They don’t even deserve one star. Me and my three friends were on the guest list and the they didn’t didn’t let us in right away because it’s was “11:01” it was absolutely ridiculous, the staff was very rude, we were also standing in line since 10:45, which getting in should’ve only cost us $5 then each but instead they charged us double the price because they were jerks and weren’t letting people in until 11 just so they could make more money off on vulnerable people. My friend was falling over drunk and I asked security for help if they could get me a phone to call a cab or anything and they didn’t help at all, they told me it was my problem not theirs. OVERALL: they had horrible customer service, the only thing that made my experience worth going was that it was my friends birthday and we got into vip but other than that, the staff was rude, disrespectful and absolutely not help, and drinks are way too overpriced. STAFF WAS VERY RUDE, NO HELP AND SHOULD BE RESTAFFED.
Great place to go if you enjoy having your money stolen by the bartender and then subsequently having your face bashed in by the bouncers merely for calling the bartender out on being a thief and demanding your money back. Filed a police report, nothing came of it because everything is here say. Don't give these scumbags your money, this is a filthy establishment that doesn't deserve the one star it inherently gets from me writing this review.
Sweet place one of the most fun of times i've had in a while, first time going my lady had us on the guest list which got us free entry and ended up getting a free drink ticket each if its your first time try get that i read a few bad reviews before going was skeptical but was impressed no line up if you go at 10 very efficient bartenders and great djs and security as well. Some of the managers and workers from old clubs that have closed linked up to make this one amazing i noticed. First time was not the last in this case!!
The liquor is over priced and the staff is rude. This place is so over priced that they charge $3 for a glass of tap water which I might add is illegal, I went to Herobust and they were putting the lives of at least 100 ravers at risk by charging money for tap water. The only saving grace of this place and the reason it gets 1 star is the fact that they bring in quality entertainment, they do nothing else well. I've been here twice and both times the experience was the same.
