Otter Point Beach House

I have had very good experiences with the vet Dr Eric and his staff with our 4 dogs and cat. He has always been very "to the point" and helpful. Has has also never tried to up sell us on things we dont need. Would definitely recommend this vet clinc.

Dr. Eric was abrupt with me and completely distressed my usual very complacent and cooperative cat. He was rough with her and it took more than two people to take a blood sample....that has never happened. He also missed critical information I provided he and I knew at the time he was not listening to me but as this was only my second visit there, I did not know his way of practicing medicine. He did baseline vitals and that was it. The brunette receptionist was completely cold and condescending quoting me a different and more expensive price than the lovely receptionist did on the Tuesday prior. So, completely unsatisfied I took my cat to another vet in Sooke and well, apparently what Dr. Eric missed was my girl has cardio-myopthy. Very serious and know needs to be on blood thinners and we HOPE her condition does not progress. I would never recommend this vet to anyone. As a medical professional myself, I believe it is important to have transparency so it will be of interest if this Professional has enough integrity to post a negative review as well as positive ones.
