ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Placed an order for same day delivery, exact time shipping (costs an extra 40 dollars) and not only was the order never delivered, I was given no notice that apparently it was ordered too late for same day delivery (even though their website let's you go right ahead and order it!) And that it wouldn't be delivered at all. Status on the website remained as "on hold" and I had to call 3 times before anyone even picked up the phone just to find out my order was not going to be put through. During this call the lady claimed she had called and left a voicemail, which was not true.

Pavel from Ottawa Flowers was fantastic to work with! From day one, he was caring and insightful. He went over and beyond and worked with me to get me the flowers I wanted on my wedding day,, showing me samples throughout and always making me feel at ease. Unlike other florists I met with, Pavel was always upfront about everything including cost and look. Thank you for caring and for the beautiful flowers on our wedding day!

I had recently ordered an arrangement for a special family occasion. I was told by the family member that the arrangement came in a total mess with no greeting card and then had to be returned and exchanged. Very disappointing and when there are so many online options for florists why bother with this kind of service and product? 👿😤👎🏼

I got my bridal party bouquets and groomsmen boutonnières done by Ottawa Flowers for my wedding in July and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them! Pavel took my vision and brought it to life! When I went for my consultation I was a little worried because their location was super busy with a lot going on and Pavel seemed like a very busy guy frequently taking phone calls but I was SO beyond in love my how everything turned out, Pavel definitely knows what he’s doing and knows his stuff. They were exactly what I had in mind. The photographers the day of even asked the groom party where their boutonnières were from because they were the most beautiful roses they had even seen - such a nice compliment! They even offer delivery, we got our flowers delivered to our hotel the morning of (for a small fee) which was so convenient and one less thing I had to worry about. I would definitely recommend Ottawa Flowers. You get what you pay for and you will not regret spending the money on flowers from here!!

I would highly recommend Ottawa Flowers. Pavel has been very helpful. He will actually listen to what you want and respect your budget. My wedding bouquet was perfect as well as the flowers for my bridesmaids, boutonnieres for the groomsmen and the flowers for the centerpieces and dessert table. Overall 100% rating
