Good morning, I just want to tell you a big thank for the wonderful flowers I picked last Friday in Montreal. I ordered 200 red roses and they were just fabulous. I was really glad to see that you offer a genuine and friendly services on the phone as well at the office in Montreal. Great product! Great service! The flowers I sent to my aunt arrived on time and she loved them. I would definitely use Bloomex in the future.

Summary: Horrible Flowers, Horrible Delivery, Half of the Delivery missing, horrible customer service, horrible compensation! Just not worth the discount price. (More Details Below) I have ordered from them before and previously written a review as well. That one was a positive review but this time it was horrible!!!!!!!!! I ordered tons of flowers for an event on Monday and like the website says I should have them delivered in advance to let the flowers bloom properly, half of my order didn't get delivered, the other half that I ordered, they were brown, one flower had mold on it, and of the flowers that were decent looking, about 70% of them broken when you lifted up the flower from the stem. I called their hotline right away and was told a senior staff member would get in touch with me. (I got the flowers on Friday for an event on Monday). No one called me Friday, called them back Saturday and they still said they could do nothing about it, which is when I started to panic. Called 3 more times on Saturday hoping for an answer, Monday was a long weekend so no one would be able to help until Tuesday (even though they did not tell us this). No rep said anything, told us to do anything, no instructions were given. When the rep finally did call on Tuesday she said that we would be compensated for all the flowers that were missing , and that we needed to take pictures of each and every single stem that was broken. (After the event had taken place and after the party decor was a complete disaster) It is not worth the discount price to go through this much trouble. I would rather pay more than have to go through that mess again!

Every time I have ordered flowers from this distributor I have been very pleased! The arrangements are stunning, and beautifully configured, and the flowers are always fresh and vibrant. There is always a lot of variety to choose from, and you can always call their hotline to get personal, custom assistance.

I have used the parent company (Bloomex) on MANY occasions and found the flowers beautiful - last much loner then expected and easy to order. I highly recommend considering this company for your big day!!
