Story

For over 100 years, Scrim's has been creating elegant flower designs for all occasions. The quality of our hand-selected fresh flowers and plants are sure to please those with the most discriminating tastes.

Our courteous staff are pleased to accept phone orders Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. Same day delivery service available to most addresses if the order is placed before noon.

Exceptional service! I've called for flowers and delivery twice and in both cases they have been absolutely accommodating and dedicated to getting the job done. The first time I asked for a delivery, I didn't give very much detail. Basically said the "big government building" in Gatineau. I didn't realize there were 4 of them in group! The delivery guy searched for over an hour to make the delivery! But got it done! The staff are always friendly on the phone, and remembered me when I called the second time from PEI. They go above and beyond. Excellent service can be hard to find these days. Scrim's has it in spades!

Helped me pick just the right gift for my wife, without being pushy. Scrim's is the kind of shop that makes centretown a nice place to live.

Scrims is a neighbourhood treat. Their prices are quite reasonable given the high quality of their arrangements, however it's the service that really stands out. I've been fairly high-maintenance, requesting special items with tight deadlines, and Susan never fails to make it happen. She's extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as are the rest of the staff. When you see the expertise put into every arrangement, it's easy to see why Scrims has been on Ottawa staple for over 100 years.

I ordered a last minute bouquet and they turned out beautifully. They were delivered RIGHT ONE TIME. I couldn't be happier. This was the first time I've used Scrim's and I will be sure to do so again. Thank you to their team :)

I have been there several times! They are very professional. They take the time to explain anything you need to know about what you are buying! A rare find considering how many horrible florists exist in Ottawa
