Alain and Jean were very accommodating. The Euro Mini Bouquets - 20 Pack was perfect for my event and the flowers were so fresh. They recommend picking them up 2 days in advance which gave them the right amount of time to open up beautifully.

I feel like even 1 star is too generous for the ridiculous run around Valley Flowers gave us. We ordered from Valley Flowers via Costco Barrhaven almost 3 months before our wedding. It was a small and simple order but they couldn't even handle that. The Wednesday before our wedding when we were supposed to go to Costco to pickup the order, Valley Flowers called to say that the purple Freesia we ordered were not in yet. They said they'd have them the next day and asked if we could pick up the order then. We said sure. The next day no one had called again so thinking everything is ok we show up at Costco only to find the florist frantic because she was sent purple Mums in place of our purple Freesia. Then we went to look at the rest of the order and discovered that instead of orange mini Carnations Valley Flowers had sent yellow mini Carnations with red borders! We told the Costco florist we would not accept the order as is so she called Valley Flowers. She was on hold for an eternity and eventually had to call the owner to get someone to talk to her. Finally when a rep from Valley Flowers called back they flat out lied to the florist from Costco by telling her we had OK'd the Mums as a substitute for the Freesia!! Thankfully the Costco florist stuck to her guns and insisted Valley Flowers fix the order. She gave them our name and number and Diane from Valley Flowers called us shortly after. Diane told me they had orange mini Carnations in stock and explained that our purple Freesia was in Montreal and had "missed the truck" twice. She assured us that it would be put on the truck that night and they would deliver the orange mini Carnations and the purple Freesia to our house the next day before noon. Now it's the day before our wedding and Diane from Valley Flowers calls to inform us that once again our purple Freesia "missed the truck". She offered us purple Stock instead. We said we didn't want Stock and asked if they had any PALE purple Alstroemeria. Diane said they did and we confirmed with her a second time that it was the pale/lilac purple ones and specifically requested open flowers before agreeing to the substitution. Diane was fully aware that our wedding was the next day. The delivery guy showed up at noon on the dot with our orange mini Carnations and DARK purple Alstroemeria. Not only were they the wrong colour but they were 90% closed buds. At this point we just decided to give up, accepted the dark purple Alstroemeria and made the best out of a bad situation. Needless to say this company will NEVER get our business again nor would we recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I are very content with the flowers that Valley Flowers provided for our wedding! The wonderful team carefully listened to our needs and delivered beautiful flower arrangements on time. I definitely recommend this wonderful company to anyone planning a big event! Thank you again for your professionalism!

I've been dealing with Valley and Pierre Begin for years, the Valley family's hard work and dedication to their customers really shows when you see they final product, the flowers. I have recommended to family and friends for events and it has never let to disappointment. THANK YOU VALLEY!
