The instructors are very knowledgeable and very friendly. They create a positive atmosphere for all skill levels and make every class a pleasure to learn new martial art techniques and skills. Highly recommend for those interested in pursuing martial arts.

Instructors are attentive and knowledgeable. You truly feel like a part of the family! My son started here and now the whole family goes!

Ottawa Academy of Martial Arts OAMA is our family away from home. We have trained as a family: Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, & Fitness  classes. The staff truly cares. They provide world class training as well as mentoring. I cannot say enough good things about OAMA!

Great place for beginners and experts! They take the time to get to know you on a personal level. Amazing instructors I did BJJ and Thai kickboxing there in the past. Super fun and comfortable environment.
