I joined Arcana three years ago for the Muay Thai program.  The light-hearted owner, Jamie, presides over a friendly training environment while making everyone feel most welcomed to enjoy learning an effective martial art.  It's a great place to train!

Great school, large facility with the most comprensive BJJ team in Ottawa!  Friendly, and easy going atmosphere.

I being training at Arcana since 2016 and by far this is the best place to start learning Brazilian jiujitsu and Muay Thai. Friendly environment, some of the best instructors I've met, I'm looking forward for many more years.
