Ossia Salon & Spa

I went in for a highlight touch up and now my hair is ruined! After messing up the highlights and toner 2x in a row she said "I don't know why it's not turning blonde!". I left the building with wet hair that is now the color of an orange jump suit and green-gray tips which look deep fried. I went in with healthy long hair and now my hair is totally damaged due to their lack of experience. If you love your hair don't go to Ossia Salon in Waterloo! At the end of this she "kindly" mentioned that she wouldn't charge me for two dye jobs.... just the one. Brutal!

purchased a groupon... thought Id try it out. "Jo" cut my (just past my shoulders) hair into a shaggy mess. 1 week later I couldn't do a darn thing to make it look decent, and asked to come in to clean up the long straggley ends. Went into the salon and another stylist "Je" tried to fix: wet it and proceeded to cut to clean it up, and then straightened it..... Its worse then ever. Called owner and while she apologized, she made no offer to correct my hair, refund or anything. She actually told me she has had numerous issues with complaints about Johana..... BE WARNED

Never buy their promotional package... these guys forfeit my package because I was 5 minute late. Their condition on the back states that "without a 24 hour notice of cancellation, contact will be forfeited"... I was late? I did not cancel. I guess these guys don't know how to follow their own conditions!!!! Very unreasonable people to deal with. Should go to Xsentric Salon on 42 Bridgeport. Excellent price/service. I should have never stray from there.

Very unhappy with my cut. She cut way too much off and gave me a very childish look that's hard to style even 3 weeks later. I literally got home and had to wash and blow-dry my own hair just to make the style look my age. Wouldn't go back.

Went to Ossia "Salon" and had my hair cut and highlights put in. The girl over processed my hair and now it is so damaged I litterly had to cut 6 inches off my hair. It looks terrible. I would not recommend anyone ever going to this so called salon.
