After coming back and explaining to the supervisor about my previous experience with a skimpy large chicken on the rocks, she assured me a proper portion size so I decided to order it again. The supervisor corrected the size from 705 grams a month ago to a generous 944 grams of food. Thank you guys for correcting this injustice. If things keep up you'll have a loyal customer once again. Thanks again!!

I usually don’t like to complain but this has been the worst Osmos location ever. Got dinner which we could not eat. The chicken was dry and had an after taste. Complained to the manager on duty and was told someone would reach out to us. So far it’s been 4 days. They lost one customer for sure.  Updated : The manager reached out and made it right. This time the chicken was fresh and tasted awesome. Please keep it consistently like this. Thanks

I have been huge fan of Osmos’s chicken on the rocks. They used to serve lavish portion with good dose of chicken and enough garlic sauce to make it delicious and tasty. I went their today and had a bad experience.  1. they have reduced the portion size. They container/box was 80% full where as it used to full till top earlier.  2. They have reduced the quality of garlic sauce which they add on the top or rice or chicken, which makes the food dry and not consumable. Earlier it used to be enough/loaded as per the portion, but now they have drastically cut down garlic sauce as per the portion size just to make extra bucks by selling extra garlic sauce at $0.75 per small box.  3. The server will ask you do you want extra garlic sauce, when u say yes they will charge you extra, but when u say l want you to make it as per the original recipe or the way it is meant to be made, they will drastically cut down garlic sauce and serve u almost a dry portion which is not consume-able and waste of money.  I had a experience today, had to go back and buy extra garlic sauce. I ended up spending $28 for a medium and large portion which was not value for money considering its a fast food and there are much better options out there.

Worst location to eat at and worst customer service. I bought chicken on the stix, and got burnt fries, I went back and asked for a new one made and lady said no and she won’t give a refund. The fries was literally yesterday leftover fries that was refried. She told me she’ll give a new fries and laughed at me and said this how’s it’s made. She told me to dump the new fries into the old box with burnt fries and eat it. Plus they’re soo stingy on the sauce, barely had any. Literally threw the whole thing out. Waste of $16

Just went to the store and ordered a beef shawarma and got surprised. Its more of an onion shawarma. Hard to wait too because the person prepared a chicken shawarma the first time.

Got chicken and falafel plate - good portion sizes. I would recommend to add extra garlic sauces as it was a little dry for our taste. Good dining space and friendly customer service.

Been coming to Osmow's since I was in grade 9, going to the original location in Streetsville. Since franchising I felt that the quality hasn't been the same across all the different locations some are good and others are definitely lacking.  This location in the Heartland area has overall been consistent with the food, I love the classic chicken shawarma super with all the fixings you can't go wrong and they make it right. I'll grab a chicken on the rocks or half rice half fries and it's delicious! They have a great menu with lots to choose from I highly recommend stopping in. Cheers!!

I recently visited Osmow's Shawarma, 5945 Latimer Dr. Unit 9, in Mississauga and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The shawarma was hands down the best I have ever had and I make it a point to take every visitor who comes to visit me to try it out. The variety of food at Osmow's Shawarma is simply impressive. Whether you're in the mood for a classic shawarma or something different, you'll find it on their menu. The quality ingredients are fresh and top-notch, and the flavours are a perfect blend of authentic and modern. What sets Osmow's Shawarma apart from other shawarma places is the Osmow Special shawarma with pineapple you have to try it. The owner, Gorge, made our visit even more special as he personally prepared our plates and sandwich. His warm hospitality and attention to detail elevated the dining experience to a whole new level and how he create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere, It's clear that he takes great pride in his food and it shows in the quality of the shawarma. I would highly recommend everyone to try Osmow's Shawarma in Mississauga. It's a must-visit for anyone looking for a delicious meal and great service. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!"

Great experience, very family friendly. I went to eat there today with my husband and son, we all enjoyed it very much. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, amazing staff, very professional, clean environment and mostly our baby had a smile the entire time eating the food. What I enjoyed the most is the manager coming up to ask if we enjoyed the food, I found that very rare, it shows the dedication of OSMOWS. For sure this location became my favorite location and can’t wait to go back again with my precious family. LOVED the atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back!

George the owner was very accommodating. We are having a Christmas Party for our seniors in December and he was able to ensure that our seniors have a great party. If you are looking for catering ideas go to George! He is very knowledgeable and understanding. We have also tried Chicken Shawarma wrap. It was tasty and delicious. Must Go and Visit this Osmow's you will not be disappointed!! Thank you George for making our Christmas Party come True!!
