Orondo River Park

I love this place. I've camped all over the country and this place is the best place to go for a perfect community camping experience. Everyone is in a good mood, great conversation and Jeremy, the on-site host offered help at every turn - giving us light while setting up our campsite, helping lug our gear to our campsite...etc. I really felt like I was family. A concert played just 40 feet from our campsite while the lake front was just on the other side and the clean restrooms just as close. Beautiful manicured lawn to pitch my tents. I'm coming back for sure!

We have been coming here for three years, in the past years this park was beautiful green and well taken care of but just this last year it changed manager/owner. This park in now gross, dirty and over packed. Tents in the yard killing the grass. OH wait there is no grass now it's practically all dirt. The camp sites are small and people just cut across them with no respect. Cars are double and triple parked to accommodate the already over packed park. THIS is no longer a peaceful beautiful little park, it's a ugly disgusting pit hole with over flowing garbage cans. WE WILL NEVER RETURN, it's killing us to finish our current stay here......8-19-2017

Right on the river and would have been very nice. However, it was very crowded and there was a lot of smoke from forest fires. Might be better at other times of the year (went in July).

Great place to camp. Right next to the water! The store is awesome. Lots of water toys to rent. We will be coming here again.

Beautiful place, good upkeep, fun water activities/rentals available for all ages run by great people. Fun for friends and family. Leash rules enforced so that it is safe for you little ones and pets.
