ATM unavailable when you most need it

Do not do business here under any circumstances.  I received over $12 in monthly fees for no reason, without notification, and ended up paying over $300 in fees.  They do not sent eStatement notifications.  They do not send new fee schedules via mail.  They are literally breaking the law.
