The worst customer service. Don't listen customers needs carefully, unprofessional client treatment from a personal banker. She ( personal banker) needs to be replaced by someone new and fresh.

I've been a Chase customer for many years.  Customer service definitely needed improvement today.  I plan on switching to another bank that values their customers regardless if the branch is not your home banch.  After much frustration, I chose to leave this bank without completing my transaction. In parting, the teller responded with, "You have a nice day." Regardless of the wording, it was spoken as an expletive.

Useless. 1 teller with a line 10 people deep. This is the norm for this place.
