U.S. Bank Branch

Sat and waited for 20 minutes after telling them we wanted to open a savings and credit card account. 4 tellers helping one customer while another two associates stood and talked with what I assume was family. An older lady who I assume was the manager even stopped by to tell us she would be over to help but after ten minutes of waiting while they chatted we left and went to another branch. Complete fail. There wasn't even an attempt to provide good service.

Employees do not receive sufficient training. When this becomes apparent, the manager fails to return phone calls or follow-up. When ordering checks, plan on waiting 3 weeks or more for delivery. The staff is tremendously courteous, however, their hands are tied with little or no support from U.S. Bank. In addition, they have no permanent staff (only floaters) to support business customers.

They won't issue a cashiers check unless you have a bank account. Won't ever be doing business with these guys. Go with a credit union and get better service and no bunk fees.

I went to exchange US dollars for foreign currency and was give an exchange rate far worse than what is published by Travelex. Do NOT use this bank for currency exchange. They rip you off.
